Computer warnings or errors are instantly logged into our system and assigned to a technician for action. Combined with a preapproved support agreement, issues can be detected, resolved and closed before you ever become aware of them. Each month, you receive a detailed report of issues detected and addressed.

Scheduled Proactive Monitoring

Adams Consulting Group offers a range of pre-approved service contract levels, including regular scheduled monitoring of your servers, user workstations and technical environment. Adams Consulting Group will monitor and apply system updates and required restarts, check the operation of services such as email and backups and review the performance and incidents in your network environment. Our proactive monitoring is designed to detect issues before they become failures. Most identified issues can be resolved under the service agreement without requiring your attention or interrupting your business.

On-demand Problem Resolution

Our base level support contract is on a break-fix model. Working on an hourly rate we are available within standard hours for immediate attention to your needs.
